After consideration of pursuing a warranty I determined to cut my losses with my home builder since they’ve been a miserable disappointment with every previous issue. Instead Greg Costello suggested I contact a contractor he recommended to redo my grout which would correct the shortcomings of my builder. Floor Coverings Intl didn’t make a nickel on my workmanship misery. I will definitely reward them with my future projects when they arise. We hired Floor Coverings International to remove our old carpet and replace it with hardwood in our double level foyer and master bedroom. We followed up each evening on progress for the day and the plans going forward. They made sure the standards were met with the project and walked through with us to touch up any final details. We are very pleased and will be working with them again in the future for other floors in our house.

Fit and finish of oak wood flooring is very impressive; board lines flow smoothly through out the rooms. I am scheduling Floor Coverings to install oak flooring in another area of my home.
